iii. Responsibility and Liability Agreement:

 

(a) The resources available here or otherwise as a prefixed formula for a personal yoga practice including inquiry, discussion and experimentation may not be suitable for each and every individual. The inappropriateness of a yoga practice could arise as a function of your own personal preference up to and including safety as in a specific act or actions of participation may result in physical, emotional or mental injury. In other words these exercises explore physical, emotional or mental change, i.e. altered states of being and awareness, and that may not be what you need and/or may even go against what you need as an individual and/or member of this group or other social groups.

 

(b) Each participant is responsible for their own choice to participate and its respective consequences including (i) privacy settings associated with their membership including the storage of downloadable digital files (ii) the expressed approval by a registered and licensed primary care physician and (iii) the integration of any and all impact resulting from their participation. (iv) Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their children under 18 years of age or with any condition requiring support and/or supervision. In other words it is not required that you participate and in doing so you are exercising a reasonable sense of judgement, diligence and responsibility and where applicable the approval generally required for you to explore any field of activity that may extend the boundaries of self and safety. 

 

(c) Each participant is responsible for their own process. The owner of this group discussion is in no way liable for direct or indirect consequences of participation of any individual or the results of interactions among members among themselves or with others outside of this group.

 

(d) Licensed to Share Option - Membership in this group is free and provided by a single user license. These digital files and text may be shared and distributed on a single user basis but are required to carry with their reproduction or replication or paraphrase this terms of service agreement. In other words given the nature of the materials you are licensed to share the information provided but make sure that the new user understands the terms of service in full - for their own safety and support sake.
